MESSAGE OF ISLAM Allah is One. None but he worthy of worship. Muhammad (peace be upon him) is servant and prophet of Allah. The Holy Quran is the last book of Allah. Islam is the true religion. Islam teaches all good and noble things of this world herewith. Islam is the latest religion of the world. Allah who is the real best supreme power gave us a last Holy book Quran and last prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) for the proper guidance of all the people of the world in every field. Allah sent many Holy books and Prophets to this world for our guidance. Whenever Allah sent a new Holy book or new Prophet it was compulsory to follow the new one. Allah said Quran is the last holy book & Muhammad (peace be upon him) is last Prophet until the end of the world. Quran will remain unchanged, nobody can change this book. Now as a rule, we all have to follow and obey the law of Quran. Islam was not for group of people. It was guiding light for all the people of the wold. Muhammad (peace be upon him) and Quran were for all the people of the world for their guidance. Remember it, the law of Allah in shape of Quran & in the statement of Muhammad (peace be upon him) will remain and guide forever until the end of world. For justification, following are some points. Please read carefully and justify yourself, we all have to die and will go to our Allah. We all will be asked about this world whether we have passed our lives according to law of Allah or not if not then we will be punished. and there will be no death in that world. Always urinate in sitting position. Circumcise in early age. Do not full your belly/stomach with food etc. One-third appetite must remain left. Clean you teeth/mouth with Miswak(a small wooden piece) 1-When you get up from sleep. 2-Before sleeping. 3-Before eating. 4-After eating. 5-Before all five prayers. Urinate in sitting position. Make sexual intercourse with your wife only. Drink water with three breathing Remove hair around genitalia and armpits. Cut your nails. Eat food by sitting. Use your right hand for eating. Do not use your right hand for cleaning genitalia and anus. Wash your hands properly after making urination & stool. Take bathe after intercourse/ coition. Do not use wine If we see the above mentioned points stated by Muhammad (peace be upon him) 1400 years ago from the medical point of view then we can observe these are preventive to many disease.
